Taking inspiration from Phantom of the Opera, this all-star team of event professionals created a spectacular, transcendent winter event for Intuit Coporation for over 700 guests. The goal was to achieve maximum glitter, sparkle and glamor, with mutliple rooms, each with a different theme. San Francisco’s City Hall is a uniquely impressive special event venue, and the team outdid itself. The result was breathtaking!
A huge chandelier was installed in the rotunda above the massive marble stairway. Candelabras, towering topiaries, dramatic lighting and oversized floral arrangements were lavishly employed throughout. The florals featured thousands of red and white roses, phaleonopsis orchids, oversized pheasant feathers and sparkling crystal accents in unique urns and tall vases.
This is a wonderful example of the potential for a group of skilled event professionals to come together in collaboration to create something so much more triumphant than any one of us might accomplish alone. Dan McCall catering, Patti Shea & Associates Events, lighting designer Got Light and Wildflower linen rentals worked with Violetta Flowers as a team to transform City Hall into a magical world for the delight of our clients and their guests.
