Tuscany in Sonoma – A Spring Wedding

Wedding and Reception at Sebastiani Winery in the Heart of the Sonoma County Wine Country

This gorgeous wedding juxtaposed a classic, urban couple in the Tuscanesque setting of Sonoma County. The vision was to create a casual winery setting, with a warm, inviting family sensibility and Italian flair. We wanted the wedding flowers and event décor to reflect the rustic charm of Tuscan wine country at the beautiful Sebastiani Winery in Sonoma County. We used olive branches, vines, berries, seeded eucalyptus, garden roses, hanging green amaranthos and white garden roses in the floral arrangements. White flower petals lined the wedding aisle, leading up to a decorated arch before a classic oak door where the outdoor ceremony was held.

A casual Italian buffet was provided for the guests, and we worked with Events by Twist to integrate the buffet station décor with the overall theme. The table linens were black and white, with white candles and black chairs. The reception was held inside the winery next to giant oak winemakers' casks, all softly lit to create a singularly romantic ambiance. The result was magnificent, but the bride still stole the show.
