Creating a Winter Wonderland for Intuit's Holiday Party

San Francisco City Hall is transformed into a winter wonderland of ice blue crystal for over 700 guests of Intuit

This corporate holiday event is Intuit’s biggest and most talked-about party every year. The Silicon Valley technology giant pulls out all the stops, with a robust budget and an award-winning collaboration of San Francisco event professionals to make it all come together without a hitch. In a city that never snows, a snowy, winter wonderland is a magical and enchanting theme that is both flamboyant and elegant.

Linen rentals by Wildflower, special event lighting by Got Light?, catering by Dan McCall and flowers by Violetta Flowers were orchestrated by the talented Patti Shea & Associates and captured by Irja Elisa Photography.

We created large crystal “trees,” over-sized topiaries with dangling crystals, snow flakes and glass globes. Our floral arrangements featured dazzling bunches of white calla lilies, enormous orchid plumes, and hanging crystal beads in variable height clear glass vases. Mirrors and white sparkling flocking added depth to white tree candelabras and feather sculptures. It was a sight to be seen, and as memorable an evening as any of the City’s all time best corporate events.
